  • Coaching is the art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another (Downey 1999).

    Coaching enables you to reflect on yourself. How you make decisions, your belief systems and thought patterns. This allows you to increase your self awareness.

    Once this self-awareness is increased you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behaviour with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you.

    As your coach, I will be your biggest supporter and will work with you in a non-judgmental, impartial way to help you realise your potential.

How does the coaching process work?

  • The start of the process is a introductory free meeting to find out about you and assess your requirements

  • Agree on the frequency and number of coaching sessions

  • Agree on the main goals of the coaching

  • The coaching conversation is to encourage thinking and reflection, to create the opportunity for you to see things from a fresh perspective and so make more informed decisions
